Norma Jeannie Cooper

Norma ‘Jeannie’ Cooper, Age 63, of Vanceburg, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly at her home Thursday February 12, 2026.

Jeannie was born in Vanceburg, Kentucky November 26, 1962 to the late Ercel and Glendawyn Cooley Wilson.  Jeannie worked as a cashier for Ron’s Pic Pac in Vanceburg and also for the Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Health Care.  She enjoyed cooking, canning, and raising a garden.  She was very fond of her dogs.

She was preceded in death beside her parents by her husband Larry Cooper and her Great Grandson.

She is survived by her significant other Jim Eldridge. One Son Dustin Cooper. Two daughters Dana (Kelly) Stanfield and Varina Cooper. Five Grandkids Tiffany (Zach) Duncan, Katelin Cooper, Marty (Abby) Yazell, Allison Yazell, and Samuel Cooper. Five Great Grandchildren. One Brother Michael Wilson. Special cousin Gene Butler.

A memorial visitation will be held Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on February 20, 2026.
